While we strive to make shipping as straightforward as possible, please note that insurance and customs charges are extra and are the responsibility of the buyer. Understanding shipping costs

Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Refunds and exchanges are accepted within Canada within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping, insurance, and customs expenses for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. For new products requiring repair, the courier and insurance costs for sending the item are the buyer's responsibility, while the return shipping cost of the repaired item will be covered by the seller. For regular repairs of customer jewellery, all courier costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
